Toyota Motor Corporation Australia has partnered with Intelematics since 2004 for the delivery of its Australian telematics program Toyota Link. In Nov 2006 the Toyota Link program was re-launch with an expanded set of functionality and the introduction of a roof mounted interface console. The expanded program reflects learning's from Toyota's first generation services and the growing demand from customers for improved online service capabilities.
Intelematics' Role:
Working closely with Toyota Australia and Australian Arrow
(in-vehicle telematics device provider), Intelematics specified
and developed all customer facing online applications and backend
call center services. Intelematics currently hosts and operates,
on behalf of Toyota Australia, the Toyota Link telematics
program.
