Holden Assist
& GM Fleetview
GM Holden, the Australian subsidiary of General Motors has
partnered with Intelematics since 2001 for the delivery of its
Holden Assist telematics programs. In Oct 2006 the Holden Assist
program was expanded with the launch of three new telematics
packages, Holden Assist Ultra, Holden Assist Secure and
GMFleetView. Fully GM LAN integrated, the expanded functionality
reflects the widespread availability of low cost mobile data
communications and the emerging need of motorists and fleet
managers for market specific solutions.
Intelematics' Role:
Working closely with GM Holden and Australian Arrow (in-vehicle
telematics device provider), Intelematics specified and
developed all customer facing online applications and backend
call center services. Intelematics currently hosts and operates,
on behalf of GM Holden, the Holden Assist Ultra/Secure and GM
FleetView telematics programs.
