“Our vision for the future is simple: We want to build great telematics products, provide our customer with a positive business opportunity and make life on the roads better for all of our customers” – Adam Game, CEO
Intelematics is an Australian pioneer of mobility services and has been operating telematics programs in Australia since 1999, and real-time traffic information services since 2007.
Working across a broad range of industry sectors, Intelematics provides telematics programs and content services that strengthen our clients’ brand while maintaining a strategic cost benefit difficult to achieve through in-house solutions.
Our content portfolio is focused on motoring mobility, with a number of content offerings ranging from tourism to parking complementing our flagship SUNA Traffic Channel service.
Our portfolio of Connected Mobility product and service solutions are designed to generate real business value through clear and simple business models. This enables our clients to focus on the benefits to their customers and not the technology.
Through our experience and industry leadership position we are able to support our clients throughout the entire life-cycle of a program. For vehicle telematics services this includes service design, hardware sourcing, call centre scripting, channel training, customer collateral development and retention program management.
Operating as an independent service provider, our philosophy is to develop telematics solutions that operate independently of the underlying cellular network and hardware (whether in-vehicle or hand-held). This provides our clients with the confidence to manage changing technology and supplier relationships without impacting the services delivered to their customers.
Globally recognised for our innovation, Intelematics remains at the forefront of the global telematics industry. Intelematics is one of the largest providers of telematics services in Australia and the leading Australian provider of vehicle manufacturer telematics programs.
Intelematics is a wholly owned member of the RACV Group. RACV had its origins in 1903 with the formation of the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria by a group of motoring enthusiasts. In addition to its Australian member services such as insurance, tourism and roadside assistance, RACV’s international footprint in motoring services includes interests glass and battery replacement activities in Europe and North America. In year 2009/10, the RACV group recorded trading revenues of some $400 million.
